I started using this product when I traveled to Hawaii often and found this amazing Hawaiian product! Apply liberally and often to a burn and it quickly turns to tan; apply to a tan and it won't peel (or will peel much less) and your tan will stay much longer. I would definitely recommend this product, and this is the only place I could find to buy that's as cheap as local price and MUCH cheaper than the actual Maui Babe website. I use this lotion as my everyday lotion even in the winter in the dry climate of Colorado and it works incredibly well to keep my skin hydrated.

Great product, helps keep your tan and though you may still peel after a severe burn, the color stays. Drugstore.com has the best price for this product as well.

I was searching for an after sun moisturizer that I'd bought years ago. Apparently they don't make it anymore but I ran across this. The reviews were great so I tried it. I'm glad I did because it does work great. I'm sure my face and back would have 'peeled' after spring break at the beach were it not for this stuff. I found it a little sticky at first but I put it on right after my morning shower and by the time I'm ready to dress, it's fine. Kind of pricey, but it's worth it.

I started using this product when visiting on Maui and fell in love with how moisturizing and tan protecting it was. Back on the mainland, I was saddened by the fact I could no longer buy more Maui Babe, and the Maui Babe website was just so expensive...but this price is very close to local price and [...], so it was definitely worth it!

this is great - it's really thick without being too heavy. my skin was peeling from sunburn and this moisturized so well the peeling stopped. plus, it smells great!

This product is wonderful for after sunburn use. I've found it better than using Aloe Vera as you get the same healing & moisturizing effects but instead of a sticky gel it's a great smelling lotion that feels great on the skin. It also does work to prolong any tan coloring or somehow converts your burn to a nice tan. Worked well for my husband & I so far!

Originally my husband and I purchased this product in Maui becuase he had a bad sun burn. We applied Maui Babe regularly and liberally and the burn barely peeled and turned a nice brown rather quickly. Although it does have some fragrance it is not overwhelming. Maui Babe is better than just Aloe as I found out with a recent trip to the beach.

Maui Babe after browning lotion is fantastic! I originally used this in Hawaii and was thrilled to find I coud get the same product stateside. Not only does it work really well, but the smell is clean and fresh. There is absolutely no greasiness associated with the lotion, and you can get dressed directly after using it. Great when you've had a bit too much sun; it cools and soothes. Bonus? It prevents peeling and itching!
