I bought this to try because of the good reviews and I was hoping I could get a tan faster. It has a horrible smell and is very greasy!!! It looks almost like a self tanner when you apply it to your skin and you must wipe your hands after you are done applying. I've read that people get 'tan' after the first time of using it, but it didn't work for me, as I was out in the sun for 4 hours when I first applied this lotion and I am still white. I tried again the next day and was outside for almost 7 hours. Still no tan. Not sure what I will do with the rest. I am able to tan as I was dark last Summer, but stopped tanning in the Winter, so I don't think that is a problem.

My Mom first purchased this product in Hawaii and loved it. She wanted to get more so I found it here for a great price and bought two bottles, one for her and one for me. I loved it, I used on my beach vacation and got very nice results.

I absolutely love this product. I found it several years ago while in Hawaii and had never heard of it before so I thought I'd try it. I have always been able to tan, although I usually burn first and then it turns to tan. With Maui Babe, I do not burn, I think because it has Aloe in it. I get a nice, dark, even tan in a short amount of time. The only downside is that it is greasy when you put it on, but it doesn't bother me since the results are so great. I know some people also complain about the smell, but I actually think it smells good...sort of like coconut coffee, if you can imagine that!

First found this product in Hawaii. I don't burn with this. It is not a stain. I does work wonderful. Just spent 10 days in Jamaica and customs told me I didn't look the same as my passport picture. Great product.

A friend told me about this product, said it is the fastest working for a tan. I bought some, tried it, and it worked very well.

At first if you don't rub it in you may see some brown spots, however they can come off. This product is a bit greasy so you don't need much of it.

Sit in the sun for a little while and use it a lot, it will give you the golden tan you are looking for.
