Best to take 1-2 pills before sex, may make you grow more hair on your back/stomach/arms/face faster, and darker hair (but that will pass after your done using the product, so it temporarily makes you more harier ugh), if you exercise this product will make you grow your muscles faster and bigger. I used many different "sexual products" and this is by FAR THE BEST, and I will buy it again. Yes, do watch your blood pressure, and don't take alot of this, I have even taken this after drinking couple beers and it worked, but that's me! You should watch out. GREAT PRODUCT. Made me soft. It wore off after about a day, but it just made me even more frustrated when I used it... Maybe I'm allergic to one of the ingredients. Who knows?
