"Born With It" is a really pretty lipstick. It's light, slightly shimmery and looks youthful and natural. It's not a peachy-pink, but rather a bit on the cool side. A lot of people have described it as a "nude" pink, but I would disagree with that a bit. It has a brightness to it, but it's not over-the-top. There is some shimmer, which looks really pretty when first applied, but like all shimmery lip products, there is some eventual fallout with teeny sparkles ending up around my mouth and chin (hence only 4 stars). Is it as good as my favorite oh-so-very-expensive lipstick that I buy at the department store? No, but for the price it is great. I have gone through a couple of tubes of this and I will buy it again.

Born With It - This works ok for me. I'm extremely pale so it sometimes seems a bit too much and comes off un-natural. Also, there is a little bit of shimmer I wasn't expecting. (which could be because I didn't read the description good enough.) Over all though, not bad.

This is the worst lipstick ever. I wish I could return it but the site doesn't accomodate this option. I have been using the site quite often and some products were fine, some were bad. Without the option to return I think I will not use this store anymore.

the born with it color is too light even with my fair skin tone ,and I like natural color normally , looks like I have strawberry yogurt left on my lips , so I just use it to lighten other color or as lip moisturizer that's not even as good as cheap lip balm , I am not used to throw things away..

I bought this Maybelline lipstick recently and it's my new favorite. It is very creamy and the shade is a beautiful pink nude (not the pale washed out kind) that will look good on a variety of skin tones. I had tried Maybelline Moisture Extreme lipstick also in the same shade (Born With It) but that formula was darker and more pink. FYI: Maybelline has discontinued their "moisture extreme line" of lipsticks. What next? I hope the color sensational lipsticks are around for a long time.

This is such a pretty pink nude color that i dont often see and it's very wearable! i usually cannot wear lipsticks with pink tones to it but this does work for me and i wear this with my revlon lustrous lipgloss in "nude luster" and it's such a pretty combination i think everyone should try it out! The lipstick on it's own however can be very thick and drying if you apply too much so for that i took 1 star away.

I love this lip stick. It's especially good for people who have dry lips. This lip stick is very moisturizing and goes great with the Born With It lip gloss!

I'm not a big lipstick wearer simply because I can never find one that doesn't dry out my lips. I went to the store last night and they were having a Buy One Get One Free deal on their Maybelline products so I decided to try this one, along with the matching Lip Gloss. I'm really glad I did because it's the only brand I've tried so far that does not chap and crack my lips. Plus, the color (Born With It) is a really pretty nude pink, so it's totally wearable for any occasion. The Lip Gloss (also Born With It) looks gorgeous over the Lip Stick. It gives it a really nice finish. All in all, I'm really satisfied with this purchase, especially since it was so cheap!
