I use this to make lines, creases and dark areas on my "mature skin" less noticeable. I don't have blemishes anymore (maybe the only upside of being older) so I can't comment on that. I use it under my eyes, alongside my nose, and in those horrible "marionette lines" running from nose to corners of mouth, and from the corners of mouth down. It is great for those areas, light and creamy and blendable. Honestly, I knew what I wanted to do there but couldn't find a product that worked. I have tried many concealers and liquid and cream makeups trying to find something that didn't sink in, dry out, or just generally look horrible and make things more noticeable, not less. Finally, this is it, and I love, love, love it!
I also own the "Radiant" shade which is pale, but pinker - too pink for concealing my red-toned areas, but I sometimes use a tiny bit along the top of my cheekbones for evening. It makes my cheekbones stand out.
BTW - thought I'd hate the brush top but have learned to use it. I apply it with the brush, then blend with my finger. It is sometimes difficult to control the amount that comes out, though. Sometimes I turn the end and nothing comes out, then turn again, still nothing, again, etc., then all of a sudden there is way too much in the brush. But I still love this stuff and hope they don't stop making it!

Thick and gummy. It settled into creases and flakes like no product I've every tried. I'm really surprised at how badly this product performed. Perhaps it's not meant for under eyes but I can't see any other use. It's too thick for a highlighter. I'm mystified by the good reviews.

If you're looking for a concealer, this isn't for you. However, it's a great and easy-to-apply highlighter. There's a very subtle (not at all glittery) shimmer with a very light coverage concealer. It's perfect to use on under-eye circles that don't need too much coverage. (I don't like concealer under my eyes--it always makes lines look worse.) This brightens darker areas up a bit without looking weird.
