Most Liked Positive Review JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR I have FINALLY found a mascara that gives my long lashes just the right amount of "pop" for my neutral daytime look for work that also doesn't smudge, clump, or smear...Read complete review I have FINALLY found a mascara that gives my long lashes just the right amount of "pop" for my neutral daytime look for work that also doesn't smudge, clump, or smear all over my lids whenever I blink after application and does not destroy my lashes or makes them fall out when I remove my makeup at night. For a while I was using Urban Decay's Big Fatty which also nourishes and protects your lashes, but I always felt a twinge of guilt after dishing out $16.00 per tube. This mascara has the same benefits without the guilt. The only drawback is that I would not say it gives me "full, thick lashes" as promised in the description, but it does give my already long lashes just the right amount of lift without looking trashy. It also flakes minimally, but I can deal with that knowing my lashes will stay intact. If you're looking for something more dramatic for night, this isn't the right mascara, but for a natural, classic look for day, this is perfect. If you want the natural look, I would recommend this product. But, if you have fine, short lashes that need volume building, I would not recommend this product. I just love the way it lengthens and volumizes my lashes without looking unnatural. This mascara has a great brush but that's all. I had "racoon" eyes by mid morning each day. The mascara smudges and comes off, it is clumpy and flakey. I didn't do anything unusual to cause the product to make such a mess. Sadly, I wasted my money on Maybelline Full and Soft Mascara. Ditto with water proof mascaras. This has proven to be the perfect mascara for me. Looks good, easy to wear and no issues with flaking into my eyes as has happened with other mascaras. It's also a good value. I've bought all the expensive department store brands and nothing ever works better than this one. The brush came out without globs of mascara, and it applied a nice thin, even layer of color. However, after a small time the dried mascara began to flake off onto my face and in my eyes. This has continued over repeated uses. My eyes are too sensitive for me to have to wipe these dry black specks out of them every day. Its like a mascara a 6th grader would wear bc she doesnt want her mom to notice she is wearing mascara. Seriously, I think clear mascara shows up better than this non-lengthening, non separting mascara.
