This mascara is fantastic! I mean, it really is freakin amazing.. it should be called Fantastic Lash instead. okay, so I'm like very very very addicted to expensive makeup and I've been using MAC Plushlash for at least the past 3 years or however long MAC has been making it for and it has a huge brush that sometimes does clump my lashes but I can always get them to unclump. so anyway, just because I was bored, I saw my Great Lash mascara sitting in my bathroom & I didn't have any makeup on or my lashes curled or anything but I decided to put some on cause I got the urge to, plus the tube looked so pretty sitting there (I love how the "blackest black" tube looks all kinda hardcore lol) and it just worked sooo well, it was amazing and I think it was even a bit old, too! I love it, it works about the same, possibly even better than the MAC mascara I use & is like six bucs cheaper.. what a deal!! I think I'll just stick with Great Lash from now on.

This is a great go to. I've tried more expensive as well as less, and this one consistently delivers. Good color and coverage, and you never look like you have a caked-on mess. Sure, you might find better results at a higher price, but not THAT much better. So, if you're looking for a great everyday mascara, this is one to try.

I've been using Great Lash mascara since 1978. I've tried other brands over the years and nothing compares to Great Lash. Don't waste your money on expensive mascaras -- Great Lash is a BEST BUY!

I have tried just about every kind of mascara out there, and this one is by far the best. Yes, it's a little tricky to apply becuase of the small brush, but that also makes it easier to put it right where you want it. It sticks to me like glue - can be removed with eye makeup remover or facial cleanser, but even those sometimes leave reside (which doesn't bother me). I keep going back to this one.

I was very surprised at how good this product is. I don't wear make-up very often but now I am wearing it every day or every other day because it looks good and not clumpy what was happening to me with other mascara which was more than twice the price of this one.

I've been using this product for years, and so has my mom. I'm light skinned with medium brown hair, and this "blackest black" mascara gives that really classic, dramatic smokey eyes look... it's great. I have to note though, the way I apply it makes it get everywhere... I put it on from root to tip, and wipe away the excess around my eyes with a wet (or makeup-remover soaked) q-tip. It looks like my lashes are naturally thick and black because none of the original color is showing. I get compliments on them all the time, and although I could probably go through that process with any mascara, this one is hypoallergenic, reasonably priced, is easy to locate on a moment's notice (because of the bright color scheme), and has never caused me any problems. I can totally see why it's #1. Since I use so much every day though, I find that buying a few at a time is best, since I need a new one every month or two... but still, for [$] a piece, it's pretty great.

You can never go wrong with Great Lash. EVER. It's always been the must have pink and green beauty product for women worldwide. Any mascara can clump if you don't know how to APPLY it properly. Luckily, must women have been wearing mascara for a long enough time that they have mastered the skill of applying it. Any bad reviews you see here are from women who keep layering and layering this product on all the time. That's NOT what you do. You apply a maximum of TWO even coats of mascara on bottom and top lashes for best results and it'll last ALL DAY. Unless you have an emotion breakdown and start crying or something, it'll definitely run off then. Otherwise, two nice coats and you're 100% good to go! This stuff is great, don't believe otherwise !

Through out many years of using makeup, I have tried various mascaras ranging in price to very, very fancy and expensive ones. This one (even though being very cheap) is by far the VERY BEST mascara I have ever came across!!
