I love this mascara. Great little brush for the bottom lashes as well as the top lashes. I can use for a long time before the mascara shows evidence of drying out. Ladies, they all will dry out eventually but this one does not do it as quickly as some I have used. I would highly recommend it.

Now that I don't work anymore, no need for a lot of makeup. This mascara works well for my casual life style. This thin style brush defines my thin lashes.

The two reasons that I love this mascara are the non-clump formula and the short bristle brush of Maybelline Lash Discovery Mascara. The brush is perfect for carefully applying just enough mascara and getting good separation of lashes. The formula is less likely to clump than any of the several mascaras that I have tried so you don't get thick spider-legs for lashes. Unfortunately, the washable formula can smear if you cry or rub your eyes a little, but it is still my favorite non-waterproof mascara for everyday. I have been wearing it for many years. I get compliments on my lashes too.

This is one of the few mascaras I've used that never smudges and, more important as a contact lens wearer, never ends up in my eyes. The look is natural, and the tiny brush finds and lengthens all my lashes.

I have never had mascara that doesn't clump to some extent. If you don't keep excess product off the brush, it gets on your lashes. Period.

Having said that, this mascara version seems to clump less than many I've used. The brush is really good. It defines well and it really does let you reach outer lashes better and is easier to use on bottom lashes. The brush is small and allows you to have really good control about where the product goes.

It gives a natural look. It does not give excessive fullness or "volume", as the ads say. It defines and darkens lashes. Gives color all the way to the end of the lash. It gives a great day time look so long as you keep the brush free of excess product.

Like most Cover Girl mascaras, it can leave a smudge under your eye if you aren't careful.

I've never found a perfect mascara, but this one is fine.

I have very short lashes and this is the only mascara with a brush thin enough to lengthen them. My only compliant, "Very Black" is the only shade available in this formula. Maybelline, please create both dark brown or soft black. I've received some many compliments on how long my lashes look and that's why I will continue use this product.

I like the small brush, because it's easy to control, and doesn't deposit too much product on my lashes. I can use the brush to get the defined look I want without having to use a lash comb as a second step. Some say the product is too wet, but I don't have this problem. I can manipulate it with the brush to get the definition I want without it drying up as I go. I find large brushes a bit cumbersome, and I am more likely to smear mascara on my lids while applying. I have naturally thick and long lashes, so I don't need or want a mascara that builds extreme length or volume, at least not for regular daily wear. I've tried lots of other mascaras that I also like, but I keep going back to Lash Discovery.

Heard great things about this so I got it to "discover" corner lashes that the regular mascara usually doesn't get to. But the formula is so wet, the brush bristles so part apart that as soon as it goes on lashes, it puts on tons of stuff on the lashes, clumping lashes together, bad for upper & lower lashes. Can't even use it as a regular mascara because it's just so bad. I'm very disappointed in this "lash discovery". Maybe I wait a few months til it dries out and see what it will do. Wasted money.
