This product stays on all day, however, it does leave transfer on cups and silverware. Like most long lasting lip products, it does have a dry feel, but a little gloss takes care of this. I love the rich pigment and the fact that it stays where I put it. Hours later, if I don't wipe my lips, it is still there. Unlike stains, it removes easily whenever I'm ready. Good compromise between lipstick and lip stain.
