Mabelline Waterproof mascara is the only thing that can survive my eye condition. Other products wash away but this product lasts until I remove it with make-up remover pads. Cons Best Uses Comments about Maybelline Volum' Express - Waterproof The Classic Mascara, Brownish Black, .34 fl oz: I thought after 20 years of not wearing mascara that I'd try again. My eyes are very sensitive and tear at the slightest eye makeup application. This product was no different. Maybe there's something in human tears, or in my skin, but it's not waterproof at all for me. Product comes off the lashes near the corners of my eyes as soon as I put it on, no matter how carefully I try to apply it. The look of mascara only on the middle lashes looks worse than the look of virtually no eyelashes at all. Mine are pale, and thinner and shorter with age. Looks like I'm going to end up investing in permanent makeup once I save up enough money. I gave this product 2 stars, for the color and creamy product, plus the nice applicator brush. Otherwise, I cannot recommend it if one has sensitive eyes. Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend (1 of 1 customers found this review helpful) Was this review helpful?
