Calms and helps sleep come when lowering the fever. Seems as it is helping make the cold or flu go away quicker, even after a day of taking it 2-3 times. It won't hurt to take it more, even 4-5 times in a day until gone. I just found out that Colloidial Silver is not suppose to contain citric acid, yet this product does. Citric acid is a skin and eye irritant and it ruins the Colloidial Silver. If the Colloidial Silver was initially created with Citric acid then according to Francis S. Key of Colloidal Science Laboratories, one silver peddler now sits in jail. Even after having been told it's scientifically wrong, his firm illogically uses citric acid to turn the ions into colloids. The resulting silver citrate has an undesireable colloid.
