I used these yesterday and they were completely useless. Imagine adding a thin layer of cloth to your current bra and that's what you have. I had one "letdown" and it soaked right through the pad, my bra, and my shirt. Glad I was at home. No absorbency at all. Very disappointed. Guess I'll have to stick with the disposable nursing pads. :(
