I used this after i had my first child. I never saw any results and I used it the recommended time. Nothing changed..didn't work for me at all. I'm sad about it because it was so expensive. Save your money and get bio oil instead.

been using this product for a month n it works my strech mark where big and dark all over my tummy n theighs cause i was so skinny when i got prego. now after using this creme they are alot lighter you cant even notice them unless you are right on top of me. this product is great!!!

This stuff is fantastic. I have stretch marks on my stomach, hips and thighs from weight gain. I have since lost all the weight and kept it off, but I was really unhappy with my stretch marks. I haven't been using Mederma for very long, and the stretch marks have faded remarkably. The texture has also greatly improved, I can barely feel them at all. I'd say my stretchmarks were probably about two years old when I began using Mederma. Don't expect the impossible, your stretch marks aren't going to disappear. But I would highly recommend using this stuff. And use it as directed, don't use it once a week and then complain that it isn't working. Oh, and about the smell. I think that the people saying that there is no unpleasant smell are referring to Mederma for Scars, not Mederma for Stretchmarks (I originally made the same mistake, and I've used both products). Mederma for Stretchmarks has a VERY intense cheap soap smell. I mean three hours after you put it on people around you will still be smelling soap, even through your clothes. But not nearly enough of a con for me to regret the diminishment of my stretchmarks. : )I noticed one of the main ingredients was from onions, which I thought was strange, so I did some searching and found this study:[@], and for anyone wondering, I have very light skin. I've heard that matters, so.. there it is.

I never got the chance to find out if this product actually helps your stretch marks...it smells so bad that the two times I used it I got a headache and nausea.

Based on other people's reviews, it's clear this product doesn't seem to work for everyone. I am an afam woman who used this only on my breasts, where I got stretch marks after pregnancy. I had almost invisible stretch marks before the pregnancy, but after nursing, I got more and they looked terrible. I used this product for at least several months, and it definitely made my skin look better. Did the marks disappear - no, but they have faded more into my skin. So I'm pleased with the results. Now I'm not sure if this would work on stronger, older, thicker stretch marks, but for what I was looking for, it definitely helped.

This did NOTHING for my stretch marks. I emptied the tube and used as directed. Don't waste your money.

I wanted to try this because I've heard Mederma products are good. I was skeptical, however, due to the price. Finally decided to take the plunge and try it. But oh the smell! Some reviews say it's pleasant but I found it anything BUT! It smells very strong and overpowering. I also find the scent lingering to my clothes, even though I wait 10-20 minutes before dressing after application.
However, I must say I am seeing an improvement in my stretch marks and I've only been using it for 2 weeks. I will continue to use it despite the smell for a few more weeks to see if the improvement continues.

It is expensive but well worth it. just had my 5th baby and my stomach looked like a road map. have used this for 7 weeks now and it looks like a much less traveled road!!! looks wonderful!!
