Best Uses Comments about Medline Reacher, 31" Platinum, 1 ea: I used to use the "Golden Retriever", of which this is an exact copy, except for 1 detail. The "grabbing" part is PLASTIC, whereas the Golden Retriever (apparently no longer made) had entirely METAL parts. In barely 3 months I have gone through 3 of these, doing the exact same things I did with the all-metal Golden Retriever. The little "arms" twist & break = & this is from pulling up disposable undies! It took YEARS for the all metal grabber to "die". I am really at a loss for a solid replacement! Pros
