The #4 filters called for in the coffee maker's book frequently split and/or overflow. When slightly folded around the top, the #6 filter eliminated those problems.

I use these in my office. I can't get them at the supermarket I use and I really want the brown filters to avoid the chlorine bleach used in the white ones.

Forgot how easy a simple drip pot works for fantastic coffee, yet I couldn't find the filters for my Melita large drip pot. Thanks for carrying this item!
