I've been using this for about ten years and will probably never stop. It's the best whitening toothpaste that doesn't irritate the gums. I like the taste better than others out there, too. I just tried this and used a small amount. I had barely started brushing when I felt this foam begin increasing in my mouth to where it felt like shave cream. YUK. I want to note that I was using a Sonicare tooth brush. If you are used to this, it may not be a problem, but I wanted to warn anyone who has not tried this brand before.
