Together with ...Read complete review I've been impressed since I first began using the professional product samples I received over 20 years ago. Two separate chambers keep baking soda and hydrogen peroxide apart until time to use. Together with the low concentration of phosphoric acid these agents works synergistically to dissolve organic stains and the organic "pellicle" that naturally covers the teeth that would turn into plaque. This apparently allows for lower concentrations of each potentially irritating components. Other bleach materials use concentrations too high or use other bleaching agents that are too irritating to the soft tissue "mucosa" lining of the mouth. It's the only toothpaste I will and do spend my money to buy...and I get all the samples I can use.
