I've been using it for a couple of years now. I love to use it first, without toothpaste, to let the rubber wavy insert remove plaque and then, I apply toothpaste to scrub and whiten my teeth. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind its relatively large size. It cleans gum lines very well and helps me get the very back of my mouth encompassing my molars with the extended bristles around the edge of the head. Definitely cleans better that any other brush I've tried! I prefer the medium as I find the "soft, too soft. The rubber grip handle is large and very comfortable to hold, but it doesn't fit in a typical toothbrush holder. The flex design of the neck is helpful when applying extra pressure when scrubbing in the back of the mouth or when pressing too hard on the front teeth. In my opinion, the material was not flexible enough to bend much during a normal brushing. Also, to allow more space for the rubber material, the manufacturer made the head of the brush rectangular rather than triangular, so it was more awkward to manipulate inside the mouth. The best feature of this brush was that the front bristles were longer and packed more densely to help you get at your back teeth. But then again, my regular Mentadent toothbrush has this feature, too, and its pointed head is much easier to handle. Another tip: If you're going to get this brush for the flexible head, get soft bristles. With medium bristles, the flexible material barely moves.
