I have been a fan of MetRx Products for over 15 years. You can purchase a nutrition bar with less carbs, less fat and A LOT LESS protein. But you will not purchase a bar that is more nutritionally sound. Let me repeat what I say to the amazed cashiers (when I am able to occasionally find these bars at a retail location for a reasonable price)- IT'S THE MOST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK!!!

Well thought out product. Good mix of quality protein, carbs, and nutrients that is filling and works on the run. Decent taste. Does vary from batch to batch but usually fresh if dates good. Use for meal replacement and after workouts.

as far as meal bars go, this tastes really good, the layer of caramel and the peanut butter/chocolate ratio in the bar is perfect. Can be a little too hard when you bite into it if it is less than room temperature but not too bad. Overall, there are few bars on the market that taste as good as this one.

This bar is the best meal replacement bar I have tasted so far. The down side is it does contain some artificial ingredients, and the caramel topping melts easily -- so it doesn't transport well in warm weather.
