This product was my last resort item, since I have tried everything at least once. It does not work as stated. All it has done is maintain my current weight which is 25 lbs over where I am supposed to be at.

I used it for a little over a week and lost 5 lbs, I wasnt hungry and I had energy to burn. It did however have side effects. I had a hard time sleeping before 12 and I developed a canker sore like no other. Now because I can't prove that is these pills that caused it I have to say these pils work, I am loosing weight and I feel great. The sore did go away after I stopped taking them for 2 days, I'm back on them hoping it wasn't these that did it, they are helping in so many other ways!

When I gain a few pounds I can use this and drop them quick. It really helps control the appetite. I don't take any after 4:00 pm.
Suggested use: Take 2 caplets 3 times per day, 30 to 60 minutes before meals. Space each serving at least 3-4 hours apart. Do not exceed 6 caplets per day.
