My Colon Surgeon recommended this to use every day (and he does also) as our colons are much healthier when we add fiber to our diets.

Convenient way to get extra soluble fiber everyday. It mixes well with almost any liquid....coffee, tea, hot choc, juice, water. You can also add it food. I add it to my muffin recipes and to my morning smoothies. I follow the "weight watchers" points system and this allows me to reduce the point values of things like hot choc or juice.

I believe this is the replacement for Metamucil's Fibersure in the blue container, no longer on the shelves. I stir it into my coffee every day and never know it is there. Do heed Ashley's advice---more is not better, especially when starting out. Start slowly if you wish to avoid dramatic gas and bloating. I don't purchase anything else.

I have irritable bowel syndrome and must have a minimum of 30 grams of fiber daily to avoid attacks, but I can't eat that much! I've tried everything, and this is absolutely the only product I use, no matter what it costs. Doesn't dissolve well in very cold foods or liquids, otherwise it's perfect. I put it in my water, and it's like it's not there. Buy it!

I have several older constipated cats. Just sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon per cat into canned food AM and PM. Seems to help tremendously!

i mix this with a packet of emergen C every day, it mixes pretty well and i like getting that extra bit of fiber in every day.

Its an incredibly painless way to get REAL fiber. You need to take more than 6 of the fiber supplement pills to get HALF as much fiber as one glass of this stuff! Absolutely tasteless; which is great because I'm not a big water drinker anyway. A million times better than anything else out there, really!

Great product. Like most people, I don't eat as many veggies as I should. Unfortunately, that's just how life is right now. However, this product helps me get more fiber without having to eat a million bowls of bran flakes every morning. I mixed into some hot tea, and you really can't tell it's there AT ALL. It stirred in quickly, dissolved completely, and it really is tasteless.
