Sometimes when you use a cleaner you get that feeling like you might cough up a lung. But not with this. I have pets and a asthmatic sister who are not bothered by this. As for scent, which is the reason I purchased it: WHAT a disappointment! It smells exactly like a slightly-citrused version of Windex, no kidding. If you stick your nose in the bottle, you get the citrusy-Windex smell, not at all inviting, and a slight scent when you spray it on a surface. Once you've wiped the surface: no fresh odor left behind, just a faint Windex one. I usually use Young Living's Thieves line of natural cleaners (which has a strong cloves/cinnamon kind of smell that's fresh and clean and lasting) and wanted a change of pace. Cook's Country Magazine and tv show rated spray kitchen cleaners and this one (in lavender) came out on top as Highly Recommended. I plan to try all scents.

I use it for the sink, counters, shower, tub, and in the kitchen. Cuts grease and soap scum very well!!! I also love the grapefruit scent which is obvious yet not overpowering!
