Love the small packaging and easy to use pump. No more drippy laundry soap mess. Cleans like any other laundry soap, but no skin irritations or chemical smells.

So easy to use, especally for people with issues like arthritis, and also a family member who is one handed due to a brain injury.

The lavender smell is OK, I like the daisy better.

I'm a devoted Method product user, but this was my first experience with the laundry detergent, and my first disappointment. The pump is extremely awkward to use; the product is twice as expensive as my alternative product (All Small and Mighty in lavender) and the scent doesn't seem to stay with the clothes after they're dry. I really wanted to love this product, but just can't. [...]

Service and delivery comments:

Delivery was very prompt, but the condition of the product was another matter. Each bottle was individually shrink-wrapped, which is a good idea, BUT since the caps were not screwed on tightly to start with, they still leaked. A LOT. Considerable product was lost, plus I then had to wash off every bottle in the shipment. MAYBE if there was enough packing in the box to keep the bottles upright during shipping, that would help. Really, though, the fact that the lids are not screwed on tightly is the biggest issue. This is the second shipment of liquid Method products I've received with the same problem -- this one just leaked more than the first. A shame, as all of the scents are not available locally, so I like being able to mail order.

Love the pump because it's so quick & easy to use. Didn't love the lavendar cedar scent. This particular scent is not design for environment approved but the some other Method laundry detergent scents are. Very good at getting stains out. Is designed for HE, front load washing machines.

This detergent works wonderfully and even better when combined with the fabric softener and fabric softener sheets Lavendar Cedar scent. I have nothing to complain about and give it all praises for effectiveness! I LOVE IT
