Ceramic Block Heater
The Ceramic Block heating technology used in the Metropolis New York is a revolutionary breakthrough in hair dryer engineering that not only outperforms the old coil-style but does so while being healthier, safer and more eco-friendly.

Unparalleled Airflow vs. Low Power Consumption
Leveraging the same aerodynamic honeycomb technology used in jet engines, internal airflow and heating efficiency is streamlined to the maximum allowed by physics.  This enables drying time to be cut by up to 70% while also drastically reducing energy consumption.  The New York Dryer uses only 1200 watts to do what other dryers need 2000 watts to achieve (a 40% reduction!)

A Safer Solution
The New York's Ceramic Block emits extremely low radiation levels compared to other hair dryers using the industry standard metal coils to heat the air.  These dryers emit 200-400 mG (more than a microwave!) of harmful EMF radiation.  Metropolis' Ceramic Block technology reduces radiation emissions over 99%, emitting a mere 1.9 mG!  This incredibly low EMF output makes the New York infinitely safer while also greatly enhancing overall performance.

Red-HT - The Secret of the East
Metropolis' Red-HT Ceramic is infused with a rare organic material called Hwangto.  Extracted from the ancient 4000 year old red pine forests of the highest mountains in South Korea, Hwangto is known as "The Secret of the East" and is an unbelievably potent natural source of negative ions, far infrared rays, and contains various detoxifying properties.
