• Microlife blood pressure monitor with USB port.

Make sure the cuff tube is securely connected to the monitor. Wrap the cuff around your upper arm so the bottom edge is about 1/2" above your elbow. Tighten the cuff until it is snug against your arm, but not too tight. Push the start button.
