I've been taking Midol and Premysn for years, however I have never taken this "Midol Menstrual Complete, Maximum Strength" before. Now, I am normally not so sensitive to caffeine but this product caused me really bad jitters, increased heart rate and overall discomfort. Yes, it did take the cramps away but the side effects were an unwelcome trade off. Some people may compare the caffeine in this product to be like the equivalent of drinking a soda, well, it was NOT like that for me. I've never gotten this type of jitters and discomfort from drinking a soda. For any of you gals who have taken diet pills, taking this type of Midol was like taking a diet pill and getting those uncomfortable diet pill jitters. That's the best thing I can compare it to. So, for anyone who hates the jittery feeling and/or may be even slightly sensitive to caffeine, I recommend choosing a different type of Midol, one without caffeine, or Premysn which has also worked very well for me.
THANK YOU MIDOL! This stuff works and it works fast. I have tried Pamprin and Premsyn and they were AWFUL - put me to sleep and were completely ineffective for anything else. Midol makes me feel like myself and best of all, it does not make me drowsy. It works fast and it lasts.

This product is very strong. If you are having PMS symptoms it takes away the bloating, irritability, and menstrual cramps. However, it's a bit too strong for me. I only use it if I'm having a backache and bad cramps.
Only use Midol when I feel minor cramps... Thank God, I don't suffer badly, but when I take the Midol, I'm good the whole time my 'friend' is visiting (which isn't long!) Midol works so well, I don't feel tired/sluggish or bloated... I would definitely recommend any woman that suffers cramps/bloating, and any other undesirable traits that come with their 'friend' to try Midol...
Midol Menstrual Complete is my lifesaver during "that time of the month." It helps relieve painful cramping and back aches and reduces bloating. The caffeine is perfect for giving me a little pick me up since my periods tend to make me a bit tired. Highly reccomended product.
Good stuff. Pain relief is definitely its strong point...I get really bad backaches during my time of the month, and Midol works great. It does help with bloating, but I wish the diuretic was a little stronger, actually. I could live without all the caffeine because it makes me a little jittery, but overall this is the best product I've found for menstrual pain and bloating.
This did not work for me. It made it worse. Then I found out caffeine makes your cramps worse. Try not to by pain relievers for your cramps that have caffeine.
