Best Uses Comments about Milani Black Magic Liner & Eye Glimmer, Blackened Teal/Teal Magic, 1 ea: I used it once. That was enough. The "Teal Magic" end was anything but. It was crumbly and couldn't make a line, only a few specks of glitter here and there. The "Blackened Teal" was just black, greasy, and difficult to remove.
