I had high expectations about this product, due to reviews from beauty bloggers and overall faith in Milani products. Yet this is just another Milani eyeliner product that doesn't work for me. Pros: 1. Doesn't sting eyes. 2. Very dark black (the one I've tried is Everlast, which is the black one). 3. Doesn't smudge. 4. Doesn't flake*. Cons: 1. The texture is very gunky and goopy, it's almost like the tart or pavement used on roads ..., therefore it's really hard to use and it leaves clumps (it doesn't flake, it clumps.), at the bottoms of my lashes which makes mascara clumps, too. 2. And the long staying power makes the clumps hard to deal with. 3. The brush is kind of bad, but then again, the texture of this "liquid" liner makes all "brushes" impossible. I'm a long-term and skillful liquid eyeliner user, and I've tried pretty many eyeliners. This one is too hard to use, I can use it, but I don't like the result and overall it makes a mess. Therefore I won't repurchase this, and won't recommend it.
Begin applying a thin line from the inner to the outer corner of your eyelid along your upper or lower lash line. For extra drama sweep the line slightly upward on the outer edge of your lash line. Remove with eye makeup remover.
