I haven't used this conditioner many times, but the smell and texture of it remind me of the balsam conditioners my mom would splurge on when I was younger. I chose this to replace a Joico K-Pak dupe from another retailer because it contains keratin higher on the ingredient list, and the result was definitely comparable at a better price. I also like that this is a cruelty-free company. I used it like a protein treatment and followed with a deep conditioner. Afterward, my hair was extremely soft and manageable. I am hoping that over time this will reduce breakage. By the way, my hair drank this up, so it definitely gets to work quickly.
Apply conditioner to clean hair paying special attention to ends. Work conditioner through hair with fingertips. Leave on for 1 to 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and style as usual.
For more intense conditioning leave on hair for 5 to 10 minutes.
