Best Cooling Relief I have found for Hot Flashes and Night Sweats.
I like the Mini Chillow Pillow because it is lightweight. I keep 2 under my pillow at night so that the cat doesn't step on it and poke a hole in it.
Sometimes I fall asleep holding the Chillow Pillow and it sucks my heat out until the pillow is warm. If I happen to need cooling again, I just swap it out with the other one that is under my pillow.

i used to own a full size chillow. it worked great & stayed cool all night long. the mini chillow works just as good, but only stays cool for a few hours. so i find myself tossing it off my bed in the middle of the night.

This is a wonderful tool for women suffering hot flashes, especially at night. it is a welcome relief and help you sleep when you would otherwise be tossing and turning. Can also be used for bruises and other applications

My mini chillow is for my knee pain. Until I have surgery, this will make me feel a lot better. It really does help. And so you know, there is a smell and it does eventually go away. You can lay it right on your knee when it's elevated on the bed, couch or ottoman. Drapes right over leg very easily and makes me much more comfortable.

I've had "hot feet" problems for years, since I was in my early 50's. Doctors don't know why. Then the hot flashes set in. I was miserable all the time, esp. during the night.
This product works wonderfully!!! Just cool the pillow down, then set feet on it, uncovered. Sleep like a baby.
Have another for neck.
Great for "cool downs"...

As soon as I feel a flash coming, I place in on my neck. It's nice a cool and help me get throught the flash quickly. I can't believe how it can be so cool without putting it in the fridge.

I love the chillow! I have Restless Leg Syndrome, so I keep it in the fridge and put it on my feet at night. It really helps. If I keep it in the freezer before I use it, then it stays cold the entire night. It also helps if my room is too warm. I even bought my Brother one, because he kept stealing mine to use for his muscle aches. Thanks!

I leave it in my bed, always waiting for my arrival. My room tends to be warmer than the rest of the house and this product provides the coolness I need to sleep. Since I've had it, I haven't had another "woke up sweaty" night.

I have hot flashes and this works great for me at night. Only con is that due to my heat the product also will get warm and it takes a while for it to cool off again. but it is the only thing I have found that can cool me off quickly.
