My sister perspired heavily in her school clothes and it was amazing how well it worked for her. Worked for both of us for odor. Now I have one daughter who perspires easily and it works for her. We all do sports - softball, hockey, also dance. You can't stop sweat in sports, but you can stop the odor. It's amazing. We all use unscented so it doesn't interfere with perfume or lotion smells. We like the gels because they go on so easily. We find the men's & women's gels interchangeable - just packaged differently. Use it as directed. Shower & use each morning for a few days to get going and then you actually can go a day now & then without it and be okay. At least we've found that. Just a wonderful product. I switched to natural for awhile but now with the summer heat I wanted something stronger. I saw this and purchased it and it just doesn't work for me. I like the fact that there is no fragrance and it does go on clear. However, I start to smell almost right after putting it on and going outside. I don't normally have an excessive odor problem. I only buy the unscented because if I use the scented ones they don't seem to work as well. I am a mother of 5 so I'm always on the go. And I work out 5 days a week at the gym. This is the only deodorant that I have to apply only once a day instead of twice. I never have to worry about sweating! Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful? There's no fragrance, so if you do sweat, it doesn't smell like you're sweating flowers. In intense heat, I do still sweat a little even using the Mitchums but not where anyone can tell. It will leave white marks on dark clothing, if you rub past the existing deodorant but it doesn't leave "pit stains". Definitely better than any other brand of anti perspirants I've ever tried and I've tried em all. Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful? There are so few truly fragrance free antiperspirants anymore. Unscented is not the same as fragrance free as there can still be masking fragrances added to unscented products. Anyway, I ordered this because Dove's Fragrance Free formula was changed to Unscented. However, this is very messy. It splatters when you open the lid and also conversely is prone to air bubbles which stop the product from coming out of the container altogether. Would prefer this as a stick antiperspirant rather than this being a gel. Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend (1 of 2 customers found this review helpful) Was this review helpful? It also does not create irration of sensitive skin even after shaving. However, it does leave a residue of clumpy deodorant like chunks in your arm-pit. Not a good idea for sleeveless clothing.
