This is a must have when using the Mixed Chicks Shampoo. It is basically just the second part of a super duo of hair products. It leaves my hair very soft and smelling great. I have used it on its own, but it doesn't clean like the shampoo so the build up from other products like hair gel or oil produced is still there. I would only recommend using after you have washed thoroughly.

My 2 1/2 year old daughter's hair is more like her father's (he is African, I am Caucasian). It has been a struggle for me in learning how to care for it that minimizes pain and time in the tub! I'm a white girl with the curliest kinkiest hair that most people have ever seen. It has a tendency to be totally out of control, and I get frustrated with it. My ends were completely fried (common for really curly hair) and I decided I'd give the Mixed Chicks line a go. I love it! I use this conditioner every day, and don't completely rinse it out, leaving it on the ends. I then follow up with the leave-in conditioner. My stylist has been very impressed with how much healthier my hair, and especially my ends, are now. I also use the shampoo, but I don't wash my hair very often (common for really curly hair), but it definitely seems to do the trick. I am a fan!

I use this on my 3 year old daughter's hair which is always a tangled, matted mess. I only have to use a very small mount and the tangles are gone. She doesn't fight me to do her hair anymore! It's great!

I am 100% Mexican not mixed at all and I love this product! My hair is straight, heavy, thick and dry. I also have an oily scalp. Many products that work for my hair will cause my scalp to flake or itch. I do not use any "heat" on my hair or color it (I do not blow dry, flat iron it or curl it) I currently live in Kabul, Afghanistan. The water is full of chlorine ~ it seems to dry out my skin and hair. I read about this in a magazine (not sure which one) and decided to try it out. I ordered three sample packs[...] I thought I would use 2 and give one to a friend. The samples are generous! I only ended up needing one pack and gave the other two to my friends. I used the conditioner after using Mixed Chicks Shampoo. The conditioner was not very "heavy". My hair just seemed to soak it up! I let my hair dry overnight. I woke up to the softest hair. It was so smooth and full of bounce! I did not know how dry my hair was until I used this conditioner!
