I was skeptical at first but figured had nothing to lose. My knee was throbbing & hurt so badly. I rubbed some of this on & within minutes my pain lessened by 75% & I can walk without so much pain!! It's also good on stiff necks too if you sleep at the wrong angle on your pillow!
