Got this out of desperation when a prescription (terconazole-3) didn't work. I've used Monistat in the past and it didn't work, but like I said I was desperate because my symptoms were terrible. This time when I tried it, it burned so badly that I had to wash it off after 20 minutes.

I have periodic yeast infections. I prefer to use the 7 day treatment. It is messy but I put it in at night, wear underwear, then after I go to the bathroom in the morning or after my morning shower its no longer a problem. For me its a godsend because I can't deal with the discomfort of yeast infections. I always wonder what women did before this medicine was invented.

This product burns horribly and caused the yeast infection to get worse and very sore. I had what my doctor called a servere allergic reaction to this product! This is a horrible product! BE WARNED that this product can make you very uncomfortable and cause more problems than it is worth.
It made it hard for my doctor to find a medicine that would stop the yeast infection! I do not recommend this product. I use other over the counter products and they do not burn and do solve the yeast infection. Other relatives have had same reaction to the product.

Monistat and its drugstore brand knock offs are pretty much the gold standard for yeast infection treatment. I'm an insulin dependent diabetic, so I'm at a higher risk of getting yeast infections. But I know how to pretty much ensure that I don't get them. However, with moving and just adjusting to a new city, my system is off and my blood sugars are up.

I chose the 7-day cream because, even with the 3-day or 1-day solutions, it takes 7 days for a yeast infection to clear completely. Since I am diabetic, I'd rather use a 7-day product to make sure it's all gone.

Anyone that's had a yeast infection knows they can be uncomfortably itchy. As soon as I insert this stuff it immediately starts soothing away the itch and that also lets me know it's working. It can be messy because it's a cream. Just wear panty liners.

It does what it's supposed to do: heals and soothes.

This is the best yeast infection medication. Since it is prepackaged into 7 applications it is easiest to use. Also, it works really well. Very soothing almost immediately.

Someone wrote a review and said that it was irritating to use. I think she should have given it a little more time. Within a minute or two it starts to be very calming.

i recommedn this product very highly.

Unbearable pain. This product causes me unbearable pain every day I have to used it. Most of the time I have to wipe off within a few minutes of application. Yeast-Gard suppositories are far superior!
