The strips are easy to use and I removed hair the very first time I used them. They're also painless. You have to use them a few times to get all the hair, but each strip can be used several times. There is so much wax on each strip that within a matter of minutes, my fingers are sticky and messy with residue which makes subsequent treatments of different areas impossible without stopping to wash and dry my hands before continuing. I think it is as a result of too much product on each plastic strip that hair removal is not efficient or complete. I can't wait to use this entire box so I can move on to a different brand that will work better and is more convenient. I would have given this product no stars if I could have. It is worth it reading the instructions. I read them twice just to make sure I didn't go out of order, and it paid off. Pros

The idea is the same, but the strips don't separate well and there is so much wax that it is easy to get on fingers and create a mess. There is also a little vial that comes in the box that I can only assume is an oil to remove the residue,'tho there is no mention of it in the directions. Overall, this product is disappointing. I hope my regular brand is now available!

It removed a little hair, but I j had to use the regular Moom wax kit to remove the rest of the hair. Skip this product and use the regular Moom kit, that is fantastic!

It's about two weeks since I used it, and my breakouts are only now going away, and yet there is still hair.

I tend to shave it because most waxes miss it, and I am in pain and haven't removed the hair. Moom has always worked for me. These strips are perfect for the upper lip. They remove all of the hair, with minimal pain. I would recommend them to anyone who has waxed their upper lip with poor results and wax that doesn't grab the hair. These work every time!
