Tried waxing my legs with this product and was very disappointed. The wax did not stick to the hairs and removed little to no hair even though I had let it grow out for several weeks. Waste of money!

I tried this both hot and without heating it. Both ways left hair on my face.

Works better than any other product I have bought, including the new Olay hair remover. It's almost as good as waxing, but cheaper and less painful. Easy to clean up. There's a learning curve for heating and application, but after a few times I think I have it down. No gross odor like w/ some other products.

I applied one layer to my legs and it missed most of the hair. One the next swipe, I had put the applicator in the middle of the jar and the Moom mess burned my skin. Then that evening my skin broke out. This is dreadful.

Used to remove hairs on arms, legs, and underarms. Removed most of the hair from roots but bottle did not last long. (only lasted me about 1 and a half waxing sessions). My hairs on arms and legs are fine, underarms' are a bit coarse. Waxed hair grew back after 2-3 days and did not seem to appear any lighter. Could just be me, though.

It worked really well on the chin area. Not so good on the upper lip. Didn't remove all the hair. Will continue practicing and mayba will get the hang of it

This product worked really well. I tried it after finding the review on Makeup Alley. I liked it because it doesn't test on animals. It heats very quickly, spreads easily, and it is easy and virtually pain free to remove the hair. This is a great product.

This was my first time using a hair removal product, and I have to say, I was impressed at how easy it was to use. I heats within 20 seconds in the microwave, and stayed at the right temp the entire time I was using it. I found it pretty easy to apply and use, except for doing my underarms, which I can't imagine is easy to do using any product. It was more an issue with getting the skin in a position to effectively use the product, than an actual issue with the product itself. I might get my husband to help me next time - if he'll agree!! I think it's been three weeks since I used it on my bikini area, and the hair still hasn't come back. I found it relatively painless as well, but I did take some advice I had read somewhere and took some ibuprofen about 30-60 mins before starting. I had no reaction after using it, and don't seem to have any trouble with the hair regrowing, but I have been exfoliating since using the product. Everything cleans up quickly and easily too - you can wash and reuse the cloth strips many times.
