I used this product for the first time yesterday. I started with my chin and upper lip. My hair growth extends from under my chin back to my neck. Hormonal changes from menopause have caused embarrassing facial hair. I had some laser treatments but I couldn't afford to continue. Salon waxing is also very costly. I had to find a solution. I'm so glad I decided to give Moom a try. After so many Salon appointments I had a pretty good idea how to wax my facial hair. The instructions and the process was easy. The product worked great. I just need to work on my application skills. I think I'll do just fine with continued use and practice. It's a bit sticky but I got fantastic results so I don't mind. The residue rinses off easily with just water. I'm going to work on my eyebrows next. I'd also like to take care of my entire cheek area. I've got a lot of soft white peach fuzz that's noticeable when I apply foundation. I had no reaction to the product whatsoever.

I just got this product and only used it couple of times for above the lip hair removal. I'm working to find that 'right' amount to apply...to be expected. I do, however, like the fact that so far I haven't had any of those 'pimples' that I got after using other products. The reusable strips are great and the applicator stick rinses well for reuse, too.

I'm so glad I decided to try this product. I had waxed for years, then had to stop because i didn't have the time. I then shaved and used other depilatories...nothing compares to moom. it is all natural, easy to apply, easy to clean and leaves my legs silky smooth so much longer than shaving. it much more economical that the salon ( and greener too). it was a little messy, but the clean up could not be easier... just plain water. i can't say enough good things about moom..

I have been a long time waxer. Sometimes I don't have time in my schedule to stop by the salon for a waxing and so I started shaving again. Within no time at all my hair was growing in coarser and my skin was dryer. I missed the extended time of smooth legs that you get from waxing. I have had Moom in my home for many years and had forgotten how easy and quick this product is. In 20 minutes I can let a facial mask set and get my legs done. No irritation and no left over stickiness!
Another GREAT thing about this product is that the muslin strips are thick and wide . They are such good quality that you can use an antibacterial wash to reuse them over again. The Moom solution is not a wax so the strips come completely clean! Smaller footprint for the planet; another plus for Moom. Still one of my favorite things, never stop making this product

Since I started researching Moom, I stopped shaving. By the time Moom was delivered, it had been a week and a half. When I Moomed, it definitely hurt but was not as painful as a wax. The look is clean, even if some of my hairs hadn't grown long enough to wax. Since it was my first time waxing, my legs aren't quite touchable yet, but Moom works very well. I used about a quarter of the little jar for my legs and bikini line. The jar looks like it can be used four or five more times.

First time I've ever used an at-home waxing kit and I really love this. Takes some getting used to, but I get more proficient every time I use this wax. Smells great, rinses easily and leaves no bumps or pimples like I've had with spa waxes, depilatories and shaving. The best thing is that I can use it quickly if I'm in a hurry and just want to "spot" treat. I have very course, curly bikini hair and very fine hair on my upper lip -- works well on both types. I recommend trimming bikini hair a bit before use, or it will be messy and you won't get great removal.

This is the worst hair removal product that I have ever used! It did not work on coarse or fine hair. The only good thing about it is that it does not stick to everything like other wax. It did not remove hair, and in the few times hair was removed, it was very little.
