Unlike wax, this product comes off with warm water. It is more gentle on the skin too. I used a wax product and it pulled my skin off! Moom is gentle , I found I could go over the same skin twice with out a probelm.

I used this product in several different areas. On my underarms, it removed less than 30% of the hair. On my arms, where the hair is finer and lighter, it removed about 60% of the hair. For as expensive as this stuff is, I expect it to work better than this. I had to resort to other methods of hair removal after using this product.

I've been looking for ways to remove unwanted hair without having to shave every other day. Let's face it, I'm lazy. I was very excited to try this product, as there were many very positive reviews. Unfortunately, I had terrible results. I tried it several times on different parts of my legs, and I had zero success. I really wanted this to work due to the ease of use, longevity of the hair removal, and the decreased environmental impact, but that just isn't the case.

I purchased this for facial hair and it did not remove my hair. There was no pain but I assume that is because the wax did not adhere to the hair when I pulled the strips off. I experimented with using it cold vs. warmed up and could only apply the wax once it was warmed. However, it was diffcult to easily apply the correct thin layer of wax recommended by the directions. Using this product makes me appreciate my hair salon that does it with ease. You really have to know what you are doing and I certainly did not.

I was looking for a natural alternative to hot wax and was encouraged by previous customer reviews on this site. Unfortunately it didn't do the trick for me-removed very little hair on upper lip and eyebrows. I may try again but I was very discouraged and will not recommend it at this time.

I was drawn to this product because the fabric strips are reuseable and the wax will wash off easily with water. I have tried traditional waxes in the past and sadly even though Moom was far less messy I still did not acheive the results I wanted. So much hair was left behind that you could not tell I had waxed at all. I'm going to give Moom the benefit of the doubt and take a guess that since I'm not a professonial esthetician I did not get the professional results I hoped for. However this might work well for someone more experienced.

I had never waxed any part of my body myself. I paid for a bikini wax one time and swore that I would never do it again because it was so painful. Then, a friend told me about MOOM wax. She said it was the best thing she'd ever used. So, I got the courage up to try it. I ordered the wax kit and used it on my bikini line and my underarms. This wax is amazing.. it's not messy, very easy to clean up, and the smell is wonderful. It also goes on smoothly, and the hair pulled out nicely. I read all of the instructions and had no problem or difficulty using this. I would definitely recommend this to all of my friends. I'm new to the do-it-yourself waxing, but it worked for me, wasn't as painful at all as when I paid to have it done, and I will be waxing regularly now :) AWESOME product!!!

It is advertised for face, but pretty harse for regular skin. Pulled off some skin
