I love this stuff. It smells great and leaves my 9 month and 3 year old's hair very soft and shiny. My only hope is that the same line comes out with a gentle conditioner for toddlers. My 3 year old has naturally wavy hair and needs conditioner no matter what type of shampoo I use. I just wish MOP had one for toddlers! It lasts me forever and for the price - can't beat it.

First of all, I don't think this shampoo is tear-free. It doesn't seem to say so on the bottle, and it makes my kids cry when it gets in their eyes. Second, it dries out my children's hair, requiring a separate conditioner. However, it does smell very good. It might be a better shampoo for an adult who has oily hair. I would not recommend or buy this product for my children again.

Saw this on recommended on [@], she says it is gentle enough for her toddler and she uses it 'every-other-time' as well. Interesting the price difference.

Lost a star because it is definitely NOT tear-free; however, it does wonders with my daughter's hair. Yes, we still need to use a conditioner/detangler in the bath because she has long hair, but it makes brushing in the morning very easy and snarl free, and it keeps her hair softer and cleaner looking a lot longer than other children's shampoos I've used.

I hate to be Negative Nelly here, but my daughter and I both thought this smelled like wooden popsicle sticks (her words, she's 7) I don't detect even a hint of pear. It worked OK on her hair, but we will stick with Mixed Greens and have her close her eyes really tight!

It smells really nice, but it does dry out my daughter's hair. Needed to be used with conditioner, so we have switched to Earth's Best.

When we used this on our 10-month-old, he screamed in pain when a little bit got in his eyes. We had to flush his eyes with water, and it took a really long time for him to calm down. I'm sticking to Aveeno baby wash from now on--it's cheaper and has never irritated his eyes.

Yummy! I'm hoping this will go on sale again soon so I can re-stock. This shampoo is fabulous. It works great, and smells soooo good! I've used it on my son since he was one and it never irritated his skin. It smells fabulous!

You won't want your youngsters wasting this one in the tub! They also make a tangle spray for long-haired girls.
