Cons Best Uses Comments about Motions at Home Nourish Leave-In Conditioner, 12 fl oz: I needed something to moisturize and detangle my hair, not only after shampooing, but to assist with dry combing and styling in the mornings. I have chin-length relaxed hair that I don't "style," meaning I air dry it and let it be. Looks natural and decent IF it's properly moisturized, but my hair has tended to have a straw-like texture since I moved to North Texas, where the climate is rather dry.I hate oily products on my hair. They eliminate body and they make my hair feel icky and stuck-together. Care Free Curl Gold (oil-free) "Activator" has been a good moisturizer over the years (very mild fragrance, no buildup) , but it's a little thicker than I need for some purposes. This Motions leave-in is quite light, but very moisturizing. It effectively detangles, softens and dries fairly quickly even when I use alot, leaving NO oily feeling or other residue -- just soft, moisturized, manageable hair. I use it on damp hair to assist with comb-out after shampooing and conditioning. I also use it on dry hair to prevent breakage and to make it easier to comb and "style." I'm pleased with this product.I have only two reservations about it. First, I like to use more than the tiny spray nozzle allows per squirt. (I'd like a trigger spray!) Second, the fragrance, though not unpleasant, is not my favorite. Smells slightly of (fermented?) fruit...Still, the scent is mild and does not linger.
