The product smells nice when you first open the package but once it's in your mouth it tastes very sour and bitter. It has a gritty texture when it's melting in your mouth which I didn't like. I also didn't feel any more energized than I usually am and I was able to fall asleep normally at night. I'm usually sensitive to energy drinks and products containing caffeine, but I didn't feel anything with this product.

I'm not 100% convinced that this product is effective as there are too many variables to say that an energy boost comes solely from one tablet. It says that one tablet is equal to one energy drink and for good or for bad, I didn't get the same effects. The upside is that the tablet tastes better than an energy drink with natural ingredients. The downside is that I know after drinking an energy drink that I've consumed an energy drink.
