This product contains caffeine. Do not take within 4 hours of bed time. Do not take more than 3 scoops within a 24-hr period.

Mix 1 Scoop (20 g) in 8-16 oz of cold water thoroughly. Drink immediately. Adjust the amount of water to your desired consistency and flavor.
