This liquid calcium is easy to take and,could be added to a fruit smoothie. Does not have to be taken with food like some forms of calcium. I hate big calcium pills and the flavor is pretty good.

My husband and I used this product for over a year, before bed. The last two times we have purchased it (from this site and another), it has been a different formulation. Not only is the flavor overly-sweet and unpalatable, but the consistency has changed, too. Our most recent bottle formed two layers: liquid on top and a solid mass on the bottom. We won't waste our money on this brand any longer. What used to be a good value is now not worth it.

Doesn't taste great, but it's okay. A good option for people like me who have a hard time swallowing pills.

Save yourself. It is impossible to drink, with oj or with milk as recommended. It leaves a gritty residue when mixed with oj. AWFUL taste. I can't take it! It does help make me a little drowsy when I take it at night, which is nice for me, but not worth it because of the taste!

It's very imporant for a woman to take a Calcium supplement and this one is easy to take, tastes MUCH better than other liquid or power mixes I've taken in the past and it also has the added benefit of assisting with digestive regularity.

I take this product every morning on a full stomach. I have a hard time taking this combination in pill form so I tried the liquid form and it is working really good. It takes good and doesn't bother my stomach.
