I started taking this product in August 2011 after suffering from fatigue for several years. Two weeks after I started taking it the need for lunch time naps went away. Now, I feel like my younger self again. I've got my mother and father taking this stuff too. I take it twice a day. Once in the AM before breakfast and just before dinner.
