I am an aromatherapist and very familiar with essential oils. The geranium formula smells wonderful. I just finished my first bottle and am here to reorder. I have the lavender window cleaner and it does not smell like lavender. I believe the label says it's lavender essential oil, but it smells either synthetic or as if it's trying to cover up a nasty smelling cleaning ingredient. I love this particular product because you dilute it according to what you are about to clean. I just love the smell though and it actually makes me want to clean more with it because after I mopped a floor the smell lingered for the rest of the day! Also a plus, geranium repels ticks, mosquitoes and other bugs.

This stuff smells so good (like roses) that I actually WANT to clean the counters or floor or whatever. The smell sticks around after you're done, pleasantly reminding you things are clean.

As a cleaner, it works fine, no better or worse than others. The payoff is the pleasure in using it. It's not antibacterial, so every now and then I will clean with a germ-killing cleaner, and chase with this one. Like most all-purpose cleaners, this one isn't designed for windows and will leave some streaks but is fine for everything else.

This cleaner is a great grime buster as well as it smells fantastic! A little bit goes a long way so the bottle will last a long time.

i started using this product because I was concerned about using products that might be harmful to my little chihuahua's sensitive systems. I can't say enough good things about it! It smells great, cleans super and I know it's safe for the environment. Buy it!

I wanted a cleaner that would leave a nice fresh scent that wasn't industrial smelling like most of the other stuff out there. I liked the scent of this initially but upon usage I discovered that the fragrance is much too jarring for comfort. I diluted it in a spray bottle and only used it to wipe down the bathroom sink. The scent was extremely fierce. It lingers for days on end and I found it grating after a while. I can't imagine what it would be like if I used it in the whole apartment instead of just a small section. I thought maybe I was using too much of the product in the water but not so. The scent is powerful and will drive you absolutely insane after a while. DONT get any of it on you, that will drive you crazy too. I agree with another reviewer who says it smells ilke cheap Rose purfume. The cleaner works well enough but you might want to avoid this if perfume bothers you.

Used product for general cleaning. Love the smell and am grateful to find a product which cleans well and is not full of harmful chemicals.

I was disappointed with this product. I had used the geranium wipes, and liked them, so I ordered the all purpose cleanser. The smell is, as others have noted, very strong. Under the floral notes, there is an unpleasant chemical undertone that has a rancid odor. I left a mop soaking in a bucket of diluted cleanser overnight, and the next morning the stench nearly knocked me out of the room. I will go back to buying unscented products and scenting them with my own pure essential oils. Mrs. Meyers is NOT the product for me.

I use this daily for my Ferret cage. The smell is so pleasant. It blends in. Many other products that work well to remove odor have that "kennel" smell. The scent is called geranium, but to my nose it is a spicy tea rose.

I love this cleaner! I've been a faithful user for several years now, [...] I use Meyers for just about everything, diluting it in a spray bottle for most surfaces, or straight for the toilet. It does not do glass well however, as it leaves streaks, but for everything else, it cleans well and leaves a great scent!
