I debated for a while and then while out shopping I was at a store that sold Mrs. Meyer's products. I opened up a bottle of the Lemon Verbena All Purpose Cleaner and it smelled so good!! I didn't like the price there so I rushed home and ordered it. I used it for the first time today in my bathroom and even my husband noticed how clean it smells in there. It just smells fresh, a mixture of lemon and herb scent but not sickly sweet like most scented cleansers. And it cleaned up hard water stains really nicely. Mostly I'm happy it's phosphate free because we are water lovers! I don't feel the smell is too strong, however the smell is the strongest part about it. It doesn't work very well for cleaning anything, and it seems very watered down. It doesn't "sud" very well and even using it to clean my floors on my hands and knees (scrubbing) it didn't get up all the dirt to my satisfaction and the product thinned out very quickly. I ended up throwing away my bottle and going back to using Caldrea. I would not recommend this to anyone looking to do serious cleaning of their floors or counters. The only thing that I am hoping for is that one day (soon) Mrs. Meyers will come up with a gallon sized, right priced (!), disposable concentrated container (refill). Thank you, Mrs. Meyers! Service and delivery comments: To be honest, delivery was "okay". I was hoping it would come within a week but to be realistic, it was a little longer but I do live in Hawaii so I can't complain. Initially I had to get use to the smell compared to the harsher lemon smelling products on the market. This is a much more organic natural smell. I have been impressed with its cleaning powers, even removing tough food stains on my stove. A little bit goes a long way. I add a couple of tablespoons to about 8-10 oz of water in a spray bottle for kitchen and bathroom counters and it lasts me a couple of weeks of daily use. Mrs. Meyers is a great product with a great philosophy. I am slowly incorporating all of their products into my household.
