This is very easy to use. Just squirt it under the rim of the toilet bowl after flushing, and come back in 5 minutes to scrub. It smells wonderful, and I really enjoy using it because you don't have to work very hard to get a clean toilet.

I'm so glad to get this product because the other ecofriendly toilet bowl cleansers I've used didn't work at all. Have tried several. Would like this one better if the odor wasn't quite so strong, but can live with this because it cleans the toilet bowl so well.

Works better than some other "green" products I have tried and smells great. It does require a little elbow grease to scrub under the rim, but I think this is because it is hard to get the liquid right up under the rim due to the shape of the dispenser. If it had a pointed nozzle like some other products on the market, you could saturate under the rim and let it soak longer, which would require less scrubbing. I have definitely noticed that areas I can more easily reach with the solution require less scrubbing - so a package redesign (or someone with better aim?) would solve this.

We have been using Mrs. Meyers products for years. I love knowing that the ingredients are safe and that these products do the job well. The scents are very mild and fresh. We especially like the Basil scent and now select it for all our cleaning products.

This product smells great and gives me a nice clean toilet bowl. I have never had a problem with hard water or tough stains so I can't say whether or not it's a "heavy duty" cleaner; but I find it suits my needs perfectly. I did not experience blue staining as some of the other reviews mentioned.

After trying the Mrs. Meyers Spray Cleaner in the Basil scent, I logged back onto drugstore.com and bought every product available in the Basil scent. It's a fresh, clean, floral smell that's great for spring and summer. I can't say that it smells like basil, but it smells great! Not only do the Mrs. Meyers products smell fantastic, but they also do an excellent job of cleaning without using any harsh or harmful chemicals.

bought this as a still eco-friendly option that might work better than bi-o-kleen product i had been using. mrs myers works really well, but this "basil" fragrance is very intense. my husband asked if i had started wearing old lady perfume. and the smell lingers for quite a while. we had the fan on and the window open to release the smell. the "geranium" fragrance is the same - very intense. and the basil doesn't smell like basil, and the geranium doesn't smell like geranium. but it does clean well, and it's septic-safe, so we'll finish the bottle. probably won't buy it again.

This is a superb toilet bowl cleaner. It removes stains, and leaves the boil as clean as can be. The basil scent is fresh, green, and wonderful. It almost makes me enjoy washing my toilets.
