Easy to Apply:

1. Place heel in round opening with small portion under arch.
2. Fasten section A over arch.
3. Fasten section B around ankle.
4. Criss-cross tension straps and ankle
5. Adjust as needed.

Care: Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
