It is the most comfortable and effective workout brace I've found. It adds stability, and entirely prevents otherwise chronic pain. However, it is bulky, and a little warm, so it is not the best choice for someone looking for everyday knee support underneath their regular clothing.

Can be bulky and bunch behind the knee. Also, it's hard to get all the straps to stay apart while you adjust it. Once on, it does not allow for a full range of motion. I'm returning it and finding something else.
