Absolutely the best wrist support that I have ever used. I have had carpel tunnel in both hands for years. At night my hands hurt so badly that I couldn't sleep. I bought a Mueller Wrist Support years ago and wore it out completely after years of use. I could never find another. The other brands that I purchased were useless. In desperation after visiting my doctor who recommended surgery, I did an on-line search and up popped Drugstore.com. with the exact same wrist band as the one that I had worn out. I was estatic. I ordered two new ones several months ago and will order two more after Christmas. No surgery for me now that I've found the Mueller Sport Wrist Band again.

My hands and wrists are relatively small and this brace is not a great fit for those with small hands, specifically. The area between my thumb and index finger does not fit well - I use it as a night support. I would spend about 15 min every night adjusting it so it doesn't jam that area or not have it too lose that it doesn't give the proper support. The pillow doesn't do much unless u plan to put ur face on it . It is for the top of the brace, not the bottom. Anyhow - it works well for my husband - bigger hands, easier to adjust and fit.

I bought this for my Mom who was having a hard time finding a comfortable hand brace for her carpal tunnel wrists. Most stablilizers are hard plastic or foam and not comfortable. the wrap around closure is what makes this work. My Mom loves it when she needs the extra support.
